Admission Criteria : Identification
18 years of age or older
Activities : Volunteer opportunities at non-profit agencies, recreation and leisure, special interest, education and life skills opportunities.
Comments : Community Options assists and supports adults to choose community based opportunities. When necessary, supports are provided with volunteers and students. We act as a resource to participants and their families, staff and other members of the community on what is available in the Kingston area.
Disability / Special Needs : ADHD/ADD, Autism/PDD, Behavioural, Challenging Behaviours, Crisis Prevention & Intervention (CPI), Developmental Disability, Dual Diagnosis, First Aid, G/J Tube, Medically Complex, Mobility, Oxygen, Personal Care (toileting, diapering), Physical Disability, Seizures, Sign Language, Speech & Language / Communication, Suctioning, Tracheotomy
