Camp Concord

  Concord in the City offers two distinct programs for families with adults with special needs. The Compass program is a direct response to adults aging out oft he school system and offers continuing academic, life and recreational skills. As well as staff work with families to develop and work on personal goals. The Higher Ground program aims to assist individuals with special needs who have graduated from high school or a post-secondary institution and wish to enter the Ontario workforce. Staff assist participants with skill development (resume and interview skills) and navigate the professional field.
