Activities : Maximizing the quality of their lives through meaningful and supportive respite solutions, beyond companionship services and aid in the continuum of care is what we strive to do.

Therapeutic recreation programming has proven the ability to:
•Decrease the rapid onset of disease or ailment
•Value individuals’ contributions, self worth and role
•Increase independence for making choices
•Enhance memory skills
•Prevent social isolation
•Develop and maintain social skills

Our service can be provided in any environment in which our clients reside, including (but not limited to): retirement homes, long term care, supportive house, assisted living or home residence.

Program designs are individual to each clients needs, thus our program techniques, goals and objectives will vary. Some of our designs may include one or multiple variations of these goals including both mental and physical well being:
•Individualized exercise programs to support range of motion, flexibility, strength and promote better circulation and overall well being
•Community leisure and learn programs in a small group setting that offers the maintenance of skills and obtaining new skills and interests, RecreACTIVE
•Dementia specific programming to help redirect challenging behaviors such as agitation and aggression, boredom and lack of stimulation
