Activities : Empower Simcoe's Youth Programs promote the inclusion of all youth regardless of abilities in both their school and their community. These opportunities include Wednesday evening Bash or W.E.B., Orilllia's Ultimate Thursday (Get OUT) Youth Involvement Committee, Summer Program (Youth in Action), and a March Break Youth Retreat. We also partner with high schools and community agencies to promote and develop inclusive opportunities for all youth. Each event is supported by Empower Simcoe's staff and volunteers.

W.E.B. takes place Wednesday evenings or Get OUT - Orillia's Ultimate Thursdays and offers fun, social and recreational activities to high school aged youth. Youth get a chance to participate in a wide variety of fun events (bowling, movies, sports, dances and much more!). Each activity may have a fee associated with it. Fees help offset program and supply costs as well as some staffing costs. New youth are always welcome! Schedules can be found on our website at www.empowersimcoe.ca and click on Youth Programs.

Youth in Action is a summer program that provides young people with the opportunity to expand their communication, social, leisure, work and life skills while participating in their community. Each session has a unique focus and includes one great day trip, fun activities and practical learning experiences. Youth in Action also offers two overnight camping trips.
