Respite Worker Registry

Respite Worker Registry

The CHAP Program, facilitates the connection of individuals with disabilities and Respite Workers through a Family Registry and Independent Contractors Database.  It is a registry of people who are willing to work with adults and/or youth/children with developmental and/or physical disabilities, including autism. The work may take place in the family's home or in the community. The CHAP program will also provide information on community respite services and upcoming workshops/events. If you would like to apply to the Respite Worker Registry, please complete an on-line application and upload your resume.  Respite Workers are hired by the family and are considered self-employed.
