General Information :	Point in Time Centre for Children, Youth and Parents is a broard spectrum children's services agency for infants, children, youth 0-18 years of age and their parents. Services include: Infant and Toddler Early Intervention, Children's Mental Health, Intensive Family Support, Resource Consulting for Children with Special Needs, Service Coordination for Hard-to-Serve Children and Youth, Child Parent and Family Support (parent education) and Advocacy, Individual Family and Group Counselling, Psychiatric and Psychological Consultation, Crisis Intervention, Youth Outreach and a range of Respite and Volunteer Services. Services are confidential and most are free or have a small fee. A full range of respite services are offered to children with intellectual, physical, medical, social, emotional or behavioural challenges, which gives the families of these children a much needed break and also provides the child with the opportunity for new experinces. Services offered include short term respite of a few hours each week, overnight respite, weekend respite, summer respite with recreational workers as well as one on one workers at local camps and a relief worker registry.
